- We ship once or twice a week.
- Ships from South Korea.
- It will take a week to a month or more depending on the distance and postal conditions.
- If we cannot deliver to your country due to postal issues, we will contact you with a refund.
-When the package is returned to us due to incorrect address, we will resend it to you after paying the additional shipping + return postage or we will refund you except for the return postage.
★!! Please double-check that your Name(No nicknames)/address/phone numbers are correct. Any issues with your info are not valid reasons for a refund. (If we made a mistake, We will resend or refund your order.)
◆ Returns, refund policy ◆
-Please email us within 7 days after you receive the package if you find defects.
The standard of defective products is based on the production factory's standard.
- Line on the sticker that is not an actual scratch, and is caused by the splicing of the holographic film, is not a defective product
- Cracks on the holographic acrylic are not defective as they are the shape of the holographic coating paper.
- Scratches on the acrylic protective film (on both sides) are not returnable. Please remove the film and check them again.
-Please be careful when inserting and removing the acrylic base. The acrylic base has a front and back, if it doesn't go in, try the other side.
-We do not accept refunds for simple change of mind.
